If you want chocolate for breakfast but still want to live healthy - then you will love this porridge recipe.
- 35g oatmeal
- 20g vanilla pudding
- 30g protein powder with flavor
Toppings to choose from:
- Almond paste
- FRANKY bar (let it melt)
- Mix dry ingredients and add 1 glass of water.
- Stir until there are no more lumps in it.
- Boil for 2min at 800W in the microwave or in a pan (Attention: please stir constantly, otherwise the bottom will stick).
- Then add half a glass to a glass of water again as desired and stir (depending on the consistency you want).
- Continue cooking or microwave again.
- Let cool briefly and garnish as desired. (e.g. fruit, yogurt, chocolate, raisins, cinnamon,...)
