Chocolate Porridge

If you want chocolate for breakfast but still want to live healthy - then you will love this porridge recipe.


  • 35g oatmeal
  • 20g vanilla pudding
  • 30g protein powder with flavor

Toppings to choose from:

  • Apple
  • Banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond paste
  • FRANKY bar (let it melt)


  • Mix dry ingredients and add 1 glass of water.
  • Stir until there are no more lumps in it.
  • Boil for 2min at 800W in the microwave or in a pan (Attention: please stir constantly, otherwise the bottom will stick).
  • Then add half a glass to a glass of water again as desired and stir (depending on the consistency you want).
  • Continue cooking or microwave again.
  • Let cool briefly and garnish as desired. (e.g. fruit, yogurt, chocolate, raisins, cinnamon,...)
