Keto-vegan chocolate cream/ chocolate mousse
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 keto vegan FRANKY chocolate bars
- Topping: raspberries
- Heat the Franky chocolate (in the microwave or in a water bath) until it becomes liquid.
- Scoop out the pulp of the avocados and mash it into a mass.
- Mix the liquid chocolate with the mashed avocado to a homogeneous mass.
- Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
- Serve the keto vegan chocolate cream in a glass, top with raspberries and enjoy 😋.
