Porridge with cinnamon and dark chocolate
Like they say: Breakfast is the most important meal. 😋 With a delicious and healthy porridge we start the day full of energy!
- 70g oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of blueberries / blueberries
- 1 FRANKY bar
- Optional: 30g protein powder
1. Mix oatmeal with water so that it becomes a homogeneous porridge.
2. Heat in microwave or in a pan for 1min.
3. Optional: Mix well with protein powder.
4.Topping: Blueberries, banana pieces, FRANKY chocolate and cinnamon.
